We offer same day delivery or next day for furniture items that are in stock.
2.
Delivery charges for homes and apartments up to 2 flights of stairs are included. Any additional flights of stairs will incur extra fees.
3.
Boxed or packaged furniture items are delivered directly to the selected room and unwrapped. The delivery team is not responsible for removing boxes or packaging.
4.
Customers are responsible for inspecting items before the delivery team leaves. Any damages reported afterward require customers to return the item(s) in original packaging to the warehouse.
5.
Any damages or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must be picked up from the warehouse.
