We will arrange for inspection, repair, or replacementNote: Minor manufacturing variations in wood grain, color, or texture are not considered damage. Wrong Items Received If you receive an incorrect item:1. Contact us immediately upon discovery2. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item3. We will arrange pickup of the wrong item at our expense4.
